Fire Season Red Fresno Relish is a warm, fruity riff on our beloved Jalapeño Relish recipe. 
Our relishes are inspired by our aunt Cary, who was the life of every party and one helluva cook. She passed away in 2015, be we make and share her food to stay connected to her memory. 

Gluten Free. Vegan. All Natural. No Preservatives or Coloring. Medium Heat. Small batch.

Signature blend of Red Fresno Chilis, Sugar, Onion, Distilled White Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Granulated Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Turmeric.

What we know it's good on:
grilled meat and fish, dumplings, noodles, spring rolls, grain bowls, pizza, hot dogs, bagels, eggs, tacos, sandwiches, quesadillas, and ice cream.
